Product description:	---- The bulletin collects TEMP reports: FM 35 (TEMP, Upper-level pressure, temperature, humidity and wind report from a fixed land station). ---- The bulletin is coded as BUFR code form: FM 94 (BUFR, Binary universal form for the representation of meteorological data) . (Refer to WMO No.306 - Manual on Codes for the definition of WMO international codes) ---- The IUUD06 TTAAii Data Designators decode (2) as: T1 (I): Observational data (Binary coded) - BUFR. T2 (U): Upper air. A1 (U): Monthly statistics of data from upper-air stations. A2 (D): 90°E - 0° northern hemisphere. (2: Refer to WMO No.386 - Manual on the GTS - Attachment II.5) ---- Correspondence with the C13 common BUFR/CREX code table: (002/025) or (Vertical soundings (other than satellite) -- Climatological observations from fixed land stations (CLIMAT TEMP)) data type / data sub-type. ---- The bulletin collects reports from stations: Cagliari elmas ---- WMO No.9 - Volume C1 'Remarks' field: CLIMAT TEMP
